The Dead Beat Club was located on 4040 East Evans Avenue. It burned down in 2015 and is no longer in operation. The 24K and Bash Nightclubs also closed their doors. It is said that the Bash Nightclub drew an unscrupulous crowd and be the reason for the closure. After being opened for six years, Casselman's closed its doors to the public in January 2016. The Black Box located on 314 East 13th Avenue closed down in October 2016.
